Our take
A compact rack, about 13.75 by 10.3 inches, with fold-down slots for plates, a utensil cup and a deep tray that collects water. The corners are shaped so the tray pours out cleanly, but you do have to pour it. It is top-rack dishwasher-safe, which deals with the film that eventually builds up in every tray. For one or two people and a small counter it is a sensible, cheap answer.
